How this website handles enquiries and optional analytics.
Enquiry details
You choose which contact, equipment and project details to provide. They are used to evaluate and respond to your enquiry. Do not include information you are not authorised to share.
Email-draft mode
In the default mode, the form prepares a message in your browser. Reviewing or saving the draft does not send it to Parama. You decide whether to send it through your email service. Selected files are not uploaded and must be attached manually.
Direct submission, when enabled
If the website explicitly offers direct submission, the enquiry is processed by the website hosting and configured email service. This implementation does not create a public upload or an enquiry database. Temporary attachment copies are removed after processing. The hosting or mail provider may retain logs or mail records under its own settings.
Optional analytics
This package loads no analytics by default. Where optional analytics are configured, they are held until you accept. You can reopen the preferences and decline future collection. Previous collection is not automatically erased by changing this preference. Contact fields and enquiry text are not intentionally passed as analytics event parameters.
Operational protection
The optional WordPress form uses technical controls against abuse. A temporary hashed network identifier may be used for rate limiting. Do not assume email or uploaded documents have end-to-end confidentiality.

Contact the Parama enquiry address to ask about the information you have supplied. Retention, service providers, cross-border handling and the applicable legal entity must be reviewed against the website owner’s actual operating arrangements before launch.
